Wilhelm Ernst ("Wim") Wenders (innate August 14, 1945) is a German-born film director, author and producer.

Wenders received Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 1985 for his movie Paris, Texas, he was awarded an honorary doctorate at the Sorbonne in Paris in 1989 and at the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium in 2005 and received the Leopard of honour at the Locarno International Film Festival in 2005. Very much of the visually stunning motion-picture photography inside his pic were following of the extremely productive collaboration by owning camera operator Robby Muller. He too worked sustaining a noted writer Peter Handke, adapting his book ''The Goalkeeper's Fear of the Penalty Kick for his number 1 motion picture and so collaborating inside one of his best known picture show: "Wings of desire".

The State of Things, 1982. Reverse Angle:NYC, 1982. The docudrama just about his disputes by using Francis Ford Coppola while filming Hammett. Chambre 666, 1983.
